We currently ship within India only. No matter where you are in the country, we deliver straight to your doorstep using trusted courier partners like DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, FedEx, and Xpressbees.

Your order will be processed within 1–2 working days, and delivered in 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. We use reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery across India.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp with all the details. You can follow your parcel in real time using that link.

Yes, you can! Simply enter the recipient’s name, address, and contact number during checkout. We’ll deliver it directly to them — no pricing or invoice is included in the package.

To request a refund, please ensure you meet our return conditions (unworn, unused, with original packaging and an unboxing video). Then, email us at bohobloomwebex@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8800320260 within 30 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
